Consultation FEES

Please note: It is important that when booking online you choose the most appropriate type of consultation for your condition as this ensures we will have adequate time to perform an accurate assessment whilst also allowing time for treatment and any future appointment planning that may be required.

Payments

If you have private health insurance, you can claim your health rebate at the time of your appointment. We accept Mastercard, Visa and cash payments. Sorry no AMEX.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Classes:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may lead to you not being able to make your class, however ask that you please provide us with at least 9 hours notice of cancellation for. Our classes have a maximum amount of 4 people per class. For this reason, should you fail to provide 9 hours notice, your class payment will unfortunately be forfeited. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy.

Appointments:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may lead to you not being able to make your appointment, however ask that you please provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation wherever possible. There is a CANCELLATION FEE of 50% of the treatment charge if you do not provide 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding on our cancellation policy.

We are a child and baby friendly clinic so feel free to bring your little ones whenever needed.
